IMC is managed by experienced professionals headed by its young and Dynamic Managing Director, Mr. A M Rao. He is assisted ny professionals heading various depts., viz Trading, Finance, HRD, Marketing,Operation, Projects and Internal Audit.
Mr. C N Ananthakrishnan, ACA., & ACS. He is widely experienced in FOREX and Treasury Management and he advises the company on the day to day decision making process.
The International Trading Division is headed by Mr. M G Ramadoss.

Mr. M.G. Ramadoss, M.A., D.E.M.M., D.P.A., B.G.L. (Business Head - Intl. Trade) has 24 years of rich experience in the company and expertise in various fields like Operations, Shipping, Marketting etc. He has wide experience in International Trading.

Mr. J.M. Robert Bornshin B.E., M.B.A. (Manager, Intl. Trade)
He is a young and dynamic member of the International Trade team. He is having a International trade experience of around 10 years. He has gained expertise in International marketing and sourcing, negotiation and closing deals, logistics and chartering.
